Kelly's Little Corner returns policy is as follows; All customers have 14 days to return after the goods have been received.
We can only accept returns on unopened and unused goods you have purchased from Kelly's Little Corner. Goods that are returned in an unoriginal state will not be liable for a refund.
The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, however the cost of returning the item to us will not be refunded. It is recommended proof of postage is obtained as Kelly's Little Corner will not be liable if parcel is not received back to us, this will be the customers responsibility to deal with the shipping company direct.
Returns will be processed by us within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned items.
The refund will then be processed by PayPal or your banking in accordance with its refund policies which are completely out with our control.
